The cutlery used at any food outlet is of great environmental concern as the material with which it is made can either have adverse effects on our environment or may not effect it at all. Plastic cutlery is one of those items that won’t get recycled even when you put it in the recycling. So something need to be changed about this.So we analysed the problem of non biodegradable cutlery being used at our canteens and suggested some measures to tackle all the concerns. We proposed a solution to these problem and the administration readily accepted to implement it on a trial basis in Rajiv Bhawan.
